ER410NiMo
Description: Dive into the exceptional capabilities of ER 410NiIMo, a welding wire meticulously engineered to weld both cast and wrought materials sharing its unique chemical composition. To ensure optimal results, maintain preheating and inter-pass temperatures at a minimum of 150ºC (300ºF),
with a recommended post-weld heat treatment not surpassing 620ºC(1150ºF). Exceeding these temperatures can lead to hardening effects. The inclusion of extra low carbon significantly enhances crack resistance and ductility when compared with standard 410 filler metal.

Application: Unlock the potential of ER410NiMo in various demanding scenarios. It excels in welding, repairing, and overlaying type 410 and 410NiMo castings and wrought materials, proving indispensable in the hydropower sector for its resilience against erosion and corrosion. Beyond this, it finds its prowess in the fabrication of valves, valve seating surfaces, gears, propeller shafts, and impellers. Thanks to its low carbon content, ER410NiMo surpasses traditional ER410 in weldability, setting a new benchmark in performance.

NOTE: The following mechanical properties are contingent upon implementing a post-weld heat treatment within the range of 590
ºC(1100ºF) and 620ºC(1150ºF) for a duration of 1 hour, ensuring the highest quality and durability.
