ER410NiMo
Description: Discover the unparalleled versatility of our ER 410NiMo, specifically engineered for welding both cast and wrought materials with a similar chemical makeup. Ensure your welding precision by maintaining a preheating and inter-pass temperature of no less than 150ºC (300ºF)
. When engaging in welding activities, it's advisable to keep post-weld heat treatment under 620ºC(1150ºF) to prevent hardening and ensure superior performance. The extra low carbon composition significantly enhances crack resistance and ductility compared to traditional 410 filler metal.

Application: Our wire excels in a myriad of applications such as welding, repairing, and overlaying type 410 and 410NiMo casting and wrought materials. It is especially valuable in the hydropower industry, combating erosion-corrosion. Ideal for valves, valve seating surfaces, gears, propeller shafts, and impellers. ER410NiMo's low carbon content grants it superior weldability over standard ER410, ensuring smoother, more reliable results.

NOTE: The mechanical properties detailed below are achieved through optimal post-weld heat treatment, carried out between 590
ºC(1100ºF) and 620ºC(1150ºF) for a duration of 1 hour, ensuring impeccable structural integrity.
