1. Composition & Specifications
Chemical Composition:
Nickel (Ni): An impressive ≥50%
Chromium (Cr): Within a robust 14.5-16.5%
Molybdenum (Mo): A strong presence of 15-17%
Tungsten (W): Concentration between 3.0-4.5%
Iron (Fe): Range of 4.0-7.0%
Notably low impurities (C ≤ 0.02%, S ≤ 0.015%, P ≤ 0.02%) .
Standards Compliance: Meets AWS A5.14 (welding wire), AWS A5.11 (covered electrode) standards.
2. Physical & Mechanical Properties

Preheat Requirements: Electrodes baked at 350°C for 1 hour following low-hydrogen practice.
Gas Shielding: Utilizes argon of ≥99.99% purity; flow rate maintained at 10-15 L/min.
Current Specifications: DC+ polarity; 70-140 A, adjustable based on diameter.
Essential Practices:
Clean base metal thoroughly (remove rust, oil, and moisture).
Control heat input and interpass temperature to prevent cracking.
