ER 307

Stainless steel continuous & cut length solid welding wire designed to fit perfectly for both MIG and TIG welding applications.

CLASSIFICATION :TAWS/SFA-5.9: ER307 (Nr.), BS 18.8Mn - These are the trusted standards indicating our product's premium quality.
DIN 8556: WK. 1.4370 - Adhering to the prestigious European standards, ensuring reliability.

CHARACTERISTICS : ER307 is a manganese-austenitic stainless steel grade, perfectly engineered for superior toughness and exceptional crack resistance, meeting the highest industry benchmarks. Ideal for MIG, TIG, and SAW, its high silicon composition enhances weld flow and weldability, resulting in smoother, more refined weld beads.
APPLICATION : ER 307 is exceptionally suited for welding cladding on hardenable steels, armor plates, austenitic stainless, and manganese wear steels. It performs remarkably well on heat-resisting steels up to 850°C. This grade is particularly beneficial for hard-facing hot work steel, stainless valve steel, and carbon steel items, where abrasion resistance to corrosion is paramount.
SHIELDING GAS : Optimal welding results achieved with 100% Argon gas or a mix of Argon and 2% Oxygen gas.
