ER410NiMo
Description: Dive into the world of superior welding with the ER 410NiMo! This welding wire is expertly crafted to seamlessly join both cast and wrought materials sharing a similar chemical makeup, ensuring a flawless finish every time. To achieve optimal results, it is essential to maintain preheating and inter-pass temperatures of no less than 150ºC (300ºF)
. For the best welding performance, we recommend a post-weld heat treatment not exceeding 620ºC(1150ºF). Exceeding this temperature may lead to undesirable hardening. The inclusion of extra low carbon in its composition offers superior resistance to cracking and enhances ductility compared to traditional 410 filler metals.

Application: The versatile ER410NiMo shines in a multitude of applications. It is ideal for welding, repairing, and overlaying type 410 and 410NiMo castings and materials. This wire stands out in the hydropower industry, effectively combating erosion and corrosion. Additionally, it finds its use in welding components like valves, valve seating surfaces, gears, propeller shafts, and impellers. Its low carbon content offers better weldability compared to standard ER410, making it a preferred choice for professionals seeking excellence.

NOTE: The mechanical properties listed below are achieved through a meticulous post-weld heat treatment process, carried out between 590
ºC(1100ºF) and 620ºC(1150ºF) for a duration of one hour, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
