ER410NiMo
Description: The remarkable ER410NiMo welding wire is expertly crafted for professional welders who seek excellence in welding cast and wrought materials with similar chemical compositions. To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to maintain preheating and inter-pass temperatures of no less than 150ºC (300ºF)
during the welding process. It's essential to ensure that post-weld heat treatment temperatures do not exceed 620ºC(1150ºF), as temperatures beyond this threshold could lead to hardening. The wire's extra low carbon content significantly enhances its protection against cracking and increases ductility compared to conventional 410 filler metals.

Application: This versatile welding wire finds its home in a variety of applications. It's ideal for welding, repairing, and overlaying type 410 and 410NiMo casting and wrought materials. In the hydropower industry, it is employed to combat erosion-corrosion. Other notable uses include welding valves, valve seating surfaces, gears, propeller shafts, and impellers. Thanks to its low carbon content, ER410NiMo offers superior weldability over standard ER410.

NOTE: The mechanical properties listed below are based on the implementation of post-weld heat treatment conducted between 590
ºC(1100ºF) and 620ºC(1150ºF) for a duration of 1 hour, ensuring the utmost in performance and reliability.
