Stainless steel continuous & cut length solid welding wire for both MIG and TIG welding applications, offering remarkable versatility and reliability.

CLASSIFICATION :TAWS/SFA-5.9: ER307 (Nr.), BS 18.8Mn, a symbol of quality and precision in the welding industry.
DIN 8556: WK. 1.4370, ensuring adherence to international standards for flawless results.

CHARACTERISTICS : ER307 is a Manganese-austenitic stainless steel grade that has been meticulously crafted for applications demanding unparalleled toughness and superior crack resistance. It is perfectly engineered for MIG, TIG, and SAW welding processes, with its high silicon content significantly enhancing weld flow to ensure optimal weldability. This results in exceptionally smooth weld beads that are consistently reliable.
APPLICATION : ER 307 stands as the premium choice for welding endeavors in challenging environments where cladding of hardenable steels, armor plates, austenitic stainless, manganese wear steels, and heat-resisting steels up to 850°C is necessary. This exceptional grade particularly excels in hard-facing applications for hot work steel, stainless valve steel, and carbon steel components that require superior abrasion resistance and robust corrosion protection.
SHIELDING GAS : Achieve optimal welding results by utilizing either 100% Argon gas or a precise blend of Argon with 2% Oxygen gas, elevating the performance to new heights.
